Now, Asthana accuses CBI director of taking Rs 2 crore bribe

Insurgents have come to the surface between CBI director Alok Verma and Special Director Rakesh Asthana. The CBI has registered an FIR against Rakesh Asthana, who owns a special director Rakesh Asthana, for taking bribe of Rs. 3 crore, Asthana has filed a complaint of Rs 2 crore bribe to the CVC on director Alok Verma.

The Supreme Investigation Agency of India, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is currently found hanged in the back of 'bribery'. After allegations of taking bribe of Rs 3 crore on Special Director Rakesh Asthana, the agency has now complained to the Central Vigilance Commissioner (CVC) against its own organization director Alok Verma.

Asthana has alleged that Verma himself has taken a bribe of 2 crores, so allegations are being made against him for his protection. On the other hand, in a statement given by the CBI to 'INDIA TODAY', the allegations of Asthana are said to be false and baseless.

Asthana has filed her complaint on 19th October 2018 by writing the 'Top Secret' letter to the CVC. This letter from Asthana is with 'INDIA TODAY'. Asthana has written that in order to settle a case against Satish Sanaa, CBI Director Alok Verma took a bribe of Rs 2 crore. Sana has said in a complaint to the agency that Manoj Prasad and his brother Samesh Prasad disposed of one case with the help of Rakesh Asthana and in lieu of taking bribe of Rs. 3 crores. Asthana has said in his letter that Satish Sana gave Rs 2 crore to Alok Verma to stop the investigation against Moin Qureshi.

In the letter, Asthana also said that during interrogation in January, Satish Sana had admitted that it was recommended by Telugu Desam Party (TDP) CM Ram Ramesh to revive the case of Quraishi, after which Also met the CBI Director According to the letter, 'Information of the bribe given to Alok Verma by Satish Sanaa is given to the Cabinet Secretary 24.8. 2018. ' After that, the CVC ordered to hand over the related files while taking action.

On October 20, 2018, Asthana proposed the arrest of Sanaa, along with director Alok Verma, but after four days the file related to it was forwarded to the Director of Prosecution. In the file, the CBI claimed that the charge of saving Sana against the director is false and baseless. This allegation is an attempt to divert attention from allegations of bribery against Rakesh Asthana and other government employees. The case against the employees is December 2017, whereas the cases were registered in February 2017 and the order of arrest was issued on 12.9.2018. '

Asthana also said in her letter that Satish Sanaa was on 25.9.2018 to escape from Dubai via Hyderabad Airport but her attempt failed, because the Lookout Circular (LOC) has been issued against her. On this, the CBI has said that it is wrong to say that Verma is not the information director of the LoC issued against Sanaa, as the CBI Director, issued on 21.05.2018, has seen and confirmed the CBI director.
