China, using 'water bomb' strategy against India, government agencies on high alert

China has informed India that the river is being released 18 thousand cubic meters of water per second. The areas adjacent to the Brahmaputra are submerged. High alert is declared in Dhemaji, Dibrugarh, Lakhimpur, Tinsukia and Jorhat districts of Assam.
Many areas of Assam and Arunachal Pradesh are facing the danger of flood this time. Ten villages of Assam have been submerged in water. Government agencies are on high alert. Actually, the way of a river has been closed due to landslides in China-administered Tibet. After this here artificial lake has become. The rocks dropped from the mountain stopped the path of the river.

Three names of a river

These landslides have occurred on the Yarlung Sangpo River in Tibet on October 16. Now the danger is that if these temporary dams are broken by the pressure of water then the water can reach the water at low speed in the lower areas. The lowlands of this river include the territory of Arunachal Pradesh and Assam. This river is called Siang in Arunachal Pradesh, while in Assam it is called Brahmaputra.

Now slowly this river is coming towards lower areas of the river. China has told India that 18 thousand cubic meters of water is being released from the river every second. The areas adjacent to the Brahmaputra are submerged. High alert is declared in Dhemaji, Dibrugarh, Lakhimpur, Tinsukia and Jorhat districts of Assam. If the water of the flood goes slowly, then it is okay, but if there is a situation of flash flood there, then the situation in the lower areas can be bad.

The truth of 'natural cause'

Officials tracking the flood situation in Arunachal Pradesh say that the water in the Siang river has crossed the danger mark. China has been told that there are "natural causes" behind landslides. But the Government of India is exploring the reality of the Chinese government's claim with the help of technology. Indian agencies suspect that by referring to the natural cause China can plot conspiracies in Indian territory. According to media reports, landslide incidents occur in these areas, but losses in lower areas can be reduced by reporting it at the right time.

China's 'Water Bomb' Plan

China delivers this information to India, due to which there is a loss. The security expert called the Chinese conspiracy a 'water bomb' strategy. Experts believe that even when there was a flood in Kaziranga in Assam last year, China had suddenly left a large amount of water in the Indian territory. In 2000, due to the release of water in the river in Brahmaputra without water, there was considerable destruction in Arunachal and North-Eastern states.

Recently, the agreement between the Ministry of Water Resources of India and the Ministry of Water Resources of China was done and it was decided that every year China was flooding in the Brahmaputra river between the flood season i.e. 15th May to 15th October Information will be shared by India. Due to the tension arising after the Dokalam dispute last year, China had stopped sharing data related to the release of water in the Brahmaputra river along with India.
